CDisplayEx is a light, efficient CBR Reader, and it is also the most popular comic book reader. It is able to read all comic book formats (.cbr file, .cbz, .pdf, etc..) and Manga. Everything is designed to give you the best reading experience, it load comic books immediately, reading is fluid and comfortable.
You can simply browse through your folders to find and read your comics, but if you need, the management of your library is integrated! simply indicate where your comics are, and the reader will group the comics by series or offer you the next album to read in your collection. Works great, smooth as silk, no complaints other than that the placement of ads can be obstructive when you're reading, and interrupt the flow. Even so, they are a small proce to pay for the free app, and if I wanted too I could spend the money on the full version so it's not that bad.

Why this app remained hidden from search results for me for so long, I have no idea. Plain and simple : NOTHING ELSE COMPARES. This app has just about anything you would want out of a comic reader, and then some. While the free version has ads, they are EXTREMELY INFREQUENT, with about 1 per hour in my experience, and they are easy to close without click traps. To get dark mode, you also need the paid version, but most other things are there! Fast, easy viewing, customized library, readable UI!

This is one of the best comic viewers I've used on my tablet. It's very speedy and functions perfectly. The only issue I have with it is the video ads. It's very annoying reading a comic book in silence then having a very loud video ad appear. This was a terrible design decision by the developer to get you to upgrade to the paid version. That said, I recommend installing this version of the app to make sure that it works on your device, then upgrading to the paid version. Skip this version entirely.
